Vision Showcases High-Performance Motive Power Battery Solutions at CeMAT Asia 2025

From Oct 28–31, Vision Battery showcased its smart motive power lithium battery solutions at CeMAT Asia 2025 in Shanghai, highlighting lead-acid to lithium upgrades for forklifts and aerial work platforms, as well as intelligent AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) lithium battery solutions.

1.  Forklift Lithium Batteries

Formed with high-energy, long-cycle power cells, our forklift lithium batteries support up to 2C fast charging and provide over 15,000 hours of maintenance-free operation.

Vision Battery’s AWP lithium batteries are compatible with all TOP10 brand models ranging from 6 to 12 meters.

● High-capacity motive power cells deliver strong performance with a 10-year application lifespan.

● Automotive-grade BMS enables remote upgrades, real-time cloud monitoring, and flexible CAN communication for smarter management.

● IP67 protection ensures stable performance from -30°C to 55°C, providing reliable operation even in harsh outdoor environments.

The modular design allows for easy replacement of lead-acid batteries with lithium, delivering higher efficiency, longer lifespan, and no need for equipment modification.

3.  Autonomous Low-Speed Vehicle (AGV) Batteries

Vision Battery’s V-GRF Low-Speed Vehicle Battery provides reliable power for AGVs and other autonomous vehicles.

● High-energy-density LFP cells with over 98% energy conversion efficiency, offering long-lasting runtime; a single battery pack can support full-day high-intensity operation.

● Wide operating temperature range from -20°C to 60°C and IP66 protection, ensuring stable performance in extreme cold, heat, rain, dust, or muddy conditions.
