Vision Hydrogen fuel cell Team | Independently developed comprehensive testing centre in China

Sep 30, 2022

The hydrogen fuel cell reactor is the core part of the entire fuel cell industry chain, and its performance and cost directly determine the fuel cell industrialisation process.

The Vision Hydrogen Fuel Cell Reactor Test Centre, which has been in operation since 2018, is currently a comprehensive test centre for independent research and development in China. The whole testing centre covers an area of 2,000 square meters, with a total construction investment of about RMB 100 million, giving rise to a total of more than 20 sets of various international highly sophisticated equipment and 28 people engaged in testing work, with nearly 100 testing capabilities in the fields of hydrogen storage safety, fuel cell and system performance.

Among the main test equipment in the test centre, 100W test benches are used for material selection, failure analysis, limit verification and electrochemical characterisation; 1-10kW test benches are used for electrode/film electrode selection, verification of operating conditions and incoming material inspection; 60-150kW test benches are used for performance testing, national standard operating conditions and module testing; 160kW system test benches are used for simulated system testing.

The main highlights of the Vision Hydrogen Team Test Centre are
★Diversified means of performance enhancement

★Fast activation mechanism

★Intelligent data processing

★Gas quality monitoring

★Safety mechanism establishment

★Equipment dummy-proofing

★Energy saving

★Diversification of human resources
