Recently Shenzhen Center Power Tech Co., Ltd (here is after “ Vision Group”) and China Nanshan Development Co., Ltd. (here in after "China Nanshan Group") signed a “Strategic cooperation agreement”, aiming at promoting business innovation in hydrogen industry chain to achieve mutual benefits.

According to the agreement, the two parties will use their respective advantages in the logistics industry and clean energy to explore in the area of manufacturing and logistics. The specific content is as follows:

1. Both parties will make full use of their respective brand and resource advantages, combining their business scenarios to help both parties optimize and upgrade their industries.

2. Both parties will actively provide market opportunities for each other, and share the products, markets, customer information and public relations resources obtained from the mutual developing market.

3.Both parties will endeavour to make provide breakthroughs of technology and application scenarios of hydrogen and fuel cell for the Shenzhen government, jointly promoting the establishment of relevant industry standards for the government and strive for policy supports.

China Nanshan Group

China Nanshan Group started its business in 1982 and was born of the National South China Sea Petroleum Development Strategy. It was approved by the State Council and led by the Hong Kong Investment Promotion Bureau. It has developed into a large-scale mixed-owned enterprise group with state-owned capital as the main body, personal capital participation and no absolute controlling shareholder.
