Recently, Vision Battery shares signed an Investment Framework Agreement with the People's Government of Jingshan City. Its cooperation project: the 15GWh lithium and 10GWh sodium industrial park of Vision Battery, with a total planned investment of approximately RMB 10.5 billion, will mainly produce new energy products such as lithium and sodium batteries for applications in the new energy storage market and the 5G communication and IDC data centre markets.

Mr. Zhang Huannong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vision Battery, Mr. Hu Yabo, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Mr. Chen Jiawei, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Mr. Liu Guofang, Vice Mayor of the Municipal Government attended the signing event.

Hu Yabo, secretary of the municipal party committee, said that Jingshan is located at the intersection of Wuhan metropolitan circle and Yijingjing metropolitan circle, and is striving to build a satellite city of "two circles". We hope that Vision Battery will give full play to its resource advantages, seize the development opportunities, increase the investment layout in Jing, and introduce more industry chain upstream and downstream related enterprises to Jingmen.

Zhang Huannong, Chairman of Vision Battery, introduced the new energy battery industry and related projects. He said he was very optimistic about the development prospects of Jingmen and Jingshan, and would take the signing of the project as an opportunity to further increase investment in Jingmen and strive to build and develop the Jingshan production base to help Jingmen build a demonstration area for industrial transformation and upgrading.


The 15GWh lithium and 10GWh sodium industrial park project of Vision Battery is planned to be built in three phases, with a basic completion of three years. After the project is completed and reaches production, it will achieve annual sales of more than 20 billion yuan and annual tax payment of more than 700 million yuan.
