In the afternoon of June 4^th, 2015, Vision Manufacturing Improvement Ceremony or the 1^st Quarter was celebrated. Attendees include President Zhang, Vice president Allan Hong etc.

The top leaders bestow awards to teams who have done a good job in TQM and product lines, highly appreciating their efforts and achievements, and encouraging them to do a better job in the future.

Sticking to perfection and value creation, Vision routine work like 6 Sigma, 5S checking, TQM/QCC has achieved great progress. In 2015, TPM facility maintenance and management work is being carried out, like the “No Defect Manufacturing Program”.

President Zhang pays high attention to the constant improvement work. And he says that it is high time to start no defect manufacturing work. Its essence is to complete every chore work without any defect. Deliver products should make customers be fully satisfied, with their internal and external cost for defecting goods greatly decreased.

The year 2015 will surely be the beginning of Vision “No Defect Manufacturing Program”, while for continuous perfection will be endless. And we are firmly confirmed that practical Vision people will spare no effort to remove defects and create a brighter future for Vision.
