Vision Won Major UPS Lithium Battery Project for a Leading Data Center in Malaysia

We are proud to announce that Vision has successfully won the bid for a UPS lithium battery project in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. With outstanding product performance, strong team support, and customized solution capabilities, Vision stood out in the bidding process and successfully won the project. The total contract value reaches RMB 50 million (approximately USD 6.8 million), marking another significant milestone in Vision's global expansion within the data center energy market.

Project Overview

The project awarded to Vision is backed by a leading global data center service provider, with the contract officially signed in March 2025. Vision's lithium battery systems will provide reliable and efficient backup power for the data center's critical infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operation and enhanced energy reliability across the entire facility.

Tailored Product Solution

Considering the layout and energy demands of the facility, Vision has designed a customized energy storage solution across two major server rooms. One room will be equipped with 180 sets of REVO TP240 and TP200 lithium battery systems, while the second room will be equipped with 318 sets of REVO TP200 systems. In total, 498 high performance lithium battery cabinets will be delivered to support the UPS infrastructure, ensuring the data center's critical systems are protected by a reliable, scalable, and intelligent backup energy solution.

The REVO series lithium batteries feature high safety, long service life, compact footprint, and easy installation. It is equipped with Vision's high-rate LFP cells, smart battery management system, and modular fire protection. Designed as prefabricated cabinets for easier transport and faster setup, it helps reduce costs and improve efficiency.
