New breakthrough in cost reduction: HydraV Fuel Cell Co., Ltd. successfully develops water splitter
In fuel cell engine systems, the fuel cell hydrogen circuit requires excess hydrogen to be returned to the inlet for reuse of the hydrogen and to achieve this function, a water splitter is created.
The manifold, which separates the liquid water from the hydrogen at the hydrogen outlet. HydraV Fuel Cell Co., Ltd. insists on the core goal of technical development to reduce the cost of components and master the independent intellectual property rights, and at the same time starts to think about the layout of the hydrogen energy system.

The project took 2 months from inception to the completion of the test and verification, combining the characteristics of the power stack and components, providing clear conditions for the input of the manifold, and after iterative verification calculations, the design was finalised and verified on a 130kW system.

At present, the self-developed water distributor covers a power range of 4 to 130kW, achieving full power band coverage of existing products and achieving a 25% cost reduction in individual components and 20% optimisation of water distribution capacity with no difference in performance.
