Regarding 6-FMJ series gel VRLA battery, there are 9 specifications from 50 to 200Ah in total, the performance parameters reach or partially exceed German Standard DIN 43534 and 43539-5

The battery electrolyte contains fumed silica, and there is no flow, no leakage or no gradation of acid liquor. The battery slot and cover is made of ABS materials through hot seal. There is no risk of leakage during the utilization and transportation, and it is safe and reliable.
The gel electrolyte is in dilute sol state when being injected. Excessive electrolyte can fill in all the space inside battery. Under circumstance of high-temperature and overcharge, the battery will not dry out. The gel battery has large heat capacity and good radiation performance. It is not easy to appear thermal runaway. The battery can work under severe environment.
The grid of electrode plate is in radial structure, which is favorable for improving the utilization rate of active materials. Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy makes the positive plate have a good performance of corrosion proof and makes the negative plate have a high over-voltage of hydrogen evolution. Unique lead paste formula enables perfect recovery performance of battery recharging after deep discharging. The battery has strong cycle and duration performance, sufficient capacity and long life.
Imported PVC-SiO2 separator is used, which is clapboard special for gel battery. It has porous structure and low resistance and the internal resistance of battery is low.
The terminal is in the structure of tin electrodeposited copper terminal, which is favorable for discharging battery with large current and is favorable for the reliability of connection between batteries. The terminal is sealed through fusion welding and second seal of resin sealant, and the seal reliability is high.
The closed connection soft thread of terminal post can effectively prevent short circuit due to accidents or avoid risk of suffering from electric shock.
Environment Requirements
The altitude shall not exceed 4000m(If the utilization altitude exceeds 4000m, it should be remarked during order.)
Environmental temperature: -20oC~+50oC(environmental temperature for best utilization +20oC~+30oC)
Relative humidity≤90%
The battery shall be far away from fire and organic solvent, and shall be protected from the sunshine. The batteries in the same group shall be utilized at the same environmental temperature.
Float charging voltage: below 20oC, 13.38-13.80V/unit, the temperature adjustment coefficient is -18mV/oC/unit
Average charging voltage: 14.28-14.52V/unit
Max. charging current: 0.20C10A
Main Technical Parameters
The battery has a long service life, it can operate under float charging for 4~6 years(25oC), and the cycle service life is long.
The self-discharge rate of the battery is very low. When the battery is put aside for two years at 20oC, the self-discharged capacity is lower than 40% of the rated capacity.
The battery has strong ability to recover from deep discharging. Within 12 hours after deep discharging, the battery can be charged to 95% of the rated capacity.
The gas recombination efficiency exceeds 99%.
