Hubei Center Power Tech. Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company with three investors, Jingshan Light Industrial Machinery Group, Hong Kong Senry Power Ltd. and Shenzhen Xingrui Power Ltd. The company is localed in Jingshan Hubei, its registered capital is USD 5.03 million, the total investment is RMB 2.8 billion with three inputs. The first-phase is RMB 1.1 billion and the investment in fixed assets is RMB 55 million, now the first-phase project has been commissioned.
The company mainly manufactures lead-plate products, currently the yearly production capacity is 20,000T, with sales amounting to RMB 3 billion. The second-phase projects will be launched during the year and is expected to be commissioned early in 2006. After the second-phase project complete, annual sales will be up to RMB 7 billion, and will produce Lead-Plate with yearly production capacity of 50,000T.
The company plan to start the third-phase project in second half of 2006, a new production line of batteries GAD will be inputted. Upon completion of all projects, the sales income will reach RMB 10 billion, and the company will to be a leading technology, scale-class enterprises in domestic industry as well. |
