- To ensure a high quality of our products, the statistical process control (SPC) tools have been implemented extensively in various key manufacturing processes including P chart, xbar-R chart, Cause & effect analysis, FMEA, etc. The rigorous manufacturing procedures implemented in the manufacturing processes by the cross-functional teams (CFT) have led a more consistent output of our products.
